Implement sponsored articles

Allow brands to publish full-length articles directly in the AIApplePie news feed. Each sponsored article gets its own permalink, appears inline with organic content, and is clearly labeled with a Sponsored tag. Clicking opens the full article in the reading panel — no redirect to an external site.
